In addition, it is closely related to the humidity degree of the air in the room, so it needs more close cooperation between doctors and technicians.

1. After the doctor takes the model from the patient's mouth, wash the impression with 5~8℃ of warm water, and then blow dry, It should not be too thin or too thick.

 2, after pouring into the super hard gypsum, do not put the model in the sun exposure, should be placed in a place that can ensure constant temperature, dry curing, so as to reduce the probability of model deformation.

 3. Remove the model after 3 hours, the doctor must check the model carefully and repair the shoulder and neck so that the technician can see the exact position of the shoulder and neck more clearly in the production, so that the produced restoration can be called the perfect restoration!

 Summarize the following four modeling methods based on years of experience:

1. One mold taking method (it is recommended to use less, the removed model is large and complete, and the edge is too long)

2. Secondary mold removal method (make individual trays and take the standard functional impression)

3, the old tooth mold removal method (can take out a very standard functional impression and pressure impression)

4, from the coagulation base + wax dike mold method (simplified procedure can let the patient go less, and the printed mold is more convenient than the second mold method, liberated our hands, do not have one hand to hold the tray handle and the other hand to pull the quarrel. The pressure is more uniform as the old teeth.）
